Plains Medical Center is the hub of the health and human services wheel in Eastern Colorado. PMC provides primary medical, dental and mental health services to more than 17,000 residents in a service area that extends over 5,000 square miles. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), PMC functions as the health safety net for the uninsured, Medicaid and under-insured patients in the region.
